Your furnished tiny home is turnkey.  Bring your clothes and your groceries.  It's ready for what you're needing.  Each window can open and close, with a lock, has a screen, and blinds throughout the tiny home.

Each kitchen is set up and ready to go.  Full size fridge, microwave, either propane range or cooktop, toaster, 12-cup drip coffee maker with universal filter basked, electric tea kettle, pots and pans with lids, colander, grater, peeler, bottle opener, cutting board, mixing bowls, cooking utensils, knife block, drinking and wine glasses, mugs, large and small plates, bowls, towels, hot hands, dish soap, sponge, silverware, dish rack and drain board, fire extinguisher, smoke and CO alarm, broom and dustpan.

There are two layouts for our furnished tiny homes:  one with a large walk-in shower and one with a deep tub shower.  

Units 9 and 11 are walk in shower units.  The walk-in shower in these units has four different shower head settings including overhead large rainforest head, hand wand on a rod, a coiled removable hand wand, and a spout direct from the operating buttons. Two glass doors enclose the large shower.  There is one step to get into the washroom for these units.  

Units 10 and 12 are tub shower units.  The tub shower units have a linen shower curtain with a large overhead rainforest shower head and a hand wand on the rod.  The shower controls are separate from the bathtub controls for the water.  The bathtub water controls fill the tub from the spout, and also shift to have a hand wand in the bath.  The entry into the washroom in these units is level entry.

All toilets in the tiny homes are low flush AND the park is on a septic system.  No plastics or anything "flushable" down the toilets please.  Only human waste, and minimal paper.  Please hold the flusher button down until the bowl fully empties.

Each bathroom door has hooks over the back of the entry door for wet towels.  Extra towels are under the sink.  Each unit comes with liquid hand soap, bar soap and a hair dryer.

The living room is spacious and fun!  A red boot tray is available for wet or messy items near the door.  The loveseat is perfect for two!  A tower fan is in the corner when it gets hot.  When it gets cold, a tower heater is in the corner next to the fan.  Two flannel blankets are nested in the center of the coffee table.  The eat-in table is expandable for additional eating space, with three red seating chairs.  Two black panel curtains offer privacy at night for the front entry doors.  An ottoman keeps you comfortable while you watch your 50" TV that can swivel off the wall as you need.  A rug makes the place even more cozy.

Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, equipped with a bed skirt, waterproof and washable mattress protector, two sleeping pillows, two decor pillows and a decor throw pillow, along with either a comforter or duvet with cover.  A large chest of drawers or cabinet with shelving is in each queen bedroom, along with a nightstand with drawer, cabinet and lamp.  The lamp has an outlet on the base as well.  There are hooks with hangers over the back of each bedroom door for hanging items.  

Bedroom 2 has a twin bed, equipped with a bed skirt, waterproof and washable mattress protector, one sleeping pillow, one decor pillow and a decor throw pillow, along with either a comforter or duvet with cover.  A small chest of drawers is in each twin bedroom, along with a nightstand with drawer, cabinet and lamp.  The lamp has an outlet on the base as well.  There are hooks with hangers over the back of each bedroom door for hanging items.  

The deck provides shade and rain screen, along with a comfy Adirondack chair.  There are two steps up to each deck area.

When you book a tiny home with us, you'll get a welcome message from us with which tiny home you are in, where the lockbox is located for each tiny home, and what the lock box code is.  The key in the lock box opens the front door and is your unit key throughout your stay.  When you depart the unit at check-out, simply place the key back in the lockbox.
