Yes, each unit has dedicated parking directly at your site. No hiking from a distant lot.

Yes. Once you're in Powell River follow Pine Tree Road and look for our entrance signage. We recommend downloading offline maps before arrival as cell coverage can vary on approach.

Every unit comes fully furnished with a real bed and linens, a full kitchen with appliances, a marble-effect bathroom with rain shower, a covered porch, free Wi-Fi, and private keyed entry.  Click here for more details on what's in the tiny homes.

Yes, every unit has climate control for year-round comfort.

400  sq ft. Our expandable tiny homes are compact luxury cabins designed to sleep two comfortably with everything you need for a full stay.

No. Linens, towels, and basic amenities are provided.

Yes, extended stay rates are available. Contact us directly at stay@pinetreecommunity.ca for pricing on stays longer than seven nights.

Minimum three nights for furnished tiny home units. Longer minimums may apply during peak season and special events.  Any stay less than 7 days incurs a $85 plus tax cleaning fee.

Yes. Contact us directly to arrange group bookings and we'll make sure your units are positioned close together.

Yes, well-behaved pets are welcome. Please let us know when booking so we can assign you the most suitable unit.

For our opening, we are still working on laundry.  Bear with us as we figure all of this out and ensure our septic remains compliant with what we are offering.    

Absolutely. The natural setting, outdoor space, and our tiny homes have a full kitchen setup make it a great base for families.

Each tiny home comfortably accommodates up to three guests (one queen bed and one twin). Contact us for larger group requirements.

Yes, free Wi-Fi is included in every unit.

Yes, washroom and shower facilities are available on the property in addition to the private bathroom in each tiny home.

Powell River offers world-class scuba diving, kayaking, hiking, cycling trails, fishing, and the famous Powell Forest Canoe Route. We're happy to point you toward the best local operators.

There is a fire pit, when permitted, by the gazebo.  Outdoor fire areas are available on site subject to BC fire regulations and current burn bans.

Yes - we don't have a dedicated tent area, but if you are renting a pad for a tent, please let us know and we'll put you close to the common washrooms.

Sorry neighbour - we are community-based, but our septic is only for our guests.  

Great question - sadly our RV pads are only for the SPACE of the RV (or tent).  When you book a RV pad with us, it doesn't come with a RV.  This is just for the pad.

We might be able to help with that.  Anyone wanting to stay in our park for more than 90 days has to be screened.  If this is your intention, no problem, just let us know.  (This goes for RV pads and tiny homes....)

Yes you can, but we need to further screen you and your tiny home first.  Community safety and standards are important to us, so we have to check who is staying at the park.

Yes, you can.  But this is a bit more complicated - doable - but we have to screen you, your tenant, and verify everything is in place for your tiny home to support housing properly.  If you are interested in doing this, please email us at stay@pinetreecommunity.ca and we'll connect with you about how to do this.
