Daily Rate - $176.32 ($152.00 plus taxes) - three night minimum, $85 plux tax cleaning fee for any stay less than 7 days
Weekly Rate - $1,077.64 ($929.00 plus taxes)
Year-round 30-day Block - $3,423.00 ($3,260.00 plus taxes)
Pet fee $3 per pet per day additional, plus taxes, for nightly and weekly stays. Stays less than 7 days incur a $85 cleaning fee.
No companion tents permitted for tiny home rentals.

Pet fee $3 per pet per day additional, plus taxes, for nightly and weekly stays for both RV pads and tiny home rentals.
One (1) Companion tent $0 per day on RV pads only, plus taxes. No companion tents are permitted with the tiny home rentals. A companion tent is a tent that is used as a temporary sleeping area for folks staying with the RV.
Tiny home cabin rentals booked for less than 7 days incur a $85 cleaning fee.

Valet Laundry: We can offer to do your laundry for you during the workday, with a turnaround of up to five (5) days. This is subject to availability.
Dog walking: We work with local dog walker(s). If you are interested in connecting with a local dog walker to arrive to the Park, retrieve your dog(s) to walk them during the workday, we are happy to connect you. We do not monitor or govern the dog walking service costs or availability.
Separate events at the Park may have a surcharge or separate charge, or may be by donation.
