Summer and Winter Rates for RV Pads and Furnished Tiny Homes

Daily Rate - $60.32 ($52.00 plus taxes)
Weekly Rate - $380.48 ($328.00 plus taxes)

For stays less than 90 days:  30-day Block - $1,102.50 ($1,050.00 plus taxes).

Weekly Rate - $841.00 ($725.00 plus taxes)

For stays less than 90 days:  30-day Block - $2,887.50 ($2,750.00 plus taxes)

Pet fee $3 per pet per day additional, plus taxes, for nightly and weekly stays.

No companion tents permitted for tiny home rentals.

Daily Rate - $125.28 ($108.00 plus taxes) - two night minimum
Weekly Rate - $777.20 ($670.00 plus taxes)

To support 3 to 6 month stays, we have created a year-round rate, in between the seasonal rates for both RV pads and tiny home cabins.  

RV Pads:

The year-round 3 to 6 month rate for our RV Pads is $950.00 for 30-day blocks; the discounts are taken off this rate.  For stays 90 to 150 days, the 15% discounted rate for a RV Pad rental is $807.50 ($847.88 including taxes) for a 30-day stay.  Stays 180 days are discounted at 20%, resulting in a $760.00 rate for 30 day block ($798.00 including taxes).  There are no pet charges for the longer-term stays.  A companion tent must still be registered at the nightly rate and are only permitted for a 10-day stay in each 30-day block.

Tiny Home Rentals:

The year-round 3 to 6 month rate for our tiny home cabin rentals is $2,625.00 for 30-days; the discounts are taken off this rate.  For stays 90 to 150 days, the 15% discounted rate is $2,231.25 ($2,342.81 including taxes) for a 30-day stay.  Stays 180 days are discounted at 20%, resulting in a $2,100.00 rate for 30 day block ($2,205.00 including taxes).   There are no pet charges for the longer-term stays.  No companion tents are permitted with the tiny home rentals.

Payment terms for these special 3 to 6 month rates ONLY:  50% at the time of booking, and remaining balance 60 days after arrival.  Any early cancellation rates are subject to the cancellation policy, and forfeit the discount.

Pet fee $3 per pet per day additional, plus taxes, for nightly and weekly stays for both RV pads and tiny home rentals.

One (1) Companion tent $0 per day on RV pads only, plus taxes.    No companion tents are permitted with the tiny home rentals.  A companion tent is a tent that is used as a temporary sleeping area for folks staying with the RV.  

For 3-to-6 month stays on RV pads, a companion tent must still be registered at the nightly rate and are only permitted for a 10-day stay in each 30-day block. 

Tiny home cabin rentals booked for less than 7 days incur a $85 cleaning fee.

Additional items are priced separately.  

Valet Laundry: We can offer to do your laundry for you during the workday, with a turnaround of up to five (5) days. This is subject to availability.

Dog walking: We work with local dog walker(s). If you are interested in connecting with a local dog walker to arrive to the Park, retrieve your dog(s) to walk them during the workday, we are happy to connect you. We do not monitor or govern the dog walking service costs or availability. 

Separate events at the Park may have a surcharge or separate charge, or may be by donation.
