Pads 2 to 8 are nearest Pine Tree Road, and are 45' deep and 40' wide. Each pad includes a grassy area and a picnic table, along with electric pedestal, water and sewer. Your nearest neighbouring pad is either higher or lower that your pad as the topography of the property slopes towards the ocean. The higher the pad number, the more ocean you'll see.

Your nearest neighbouring pad could be either higher or lower that your pad as the topography of the property slopes towards the ocean, or your neighbour could be behind you.

Pads 19 to 22 are center park, above the large grassy area and back up against the tiny homes. These pads are 45' deep and at least 36' wide. (Lot 19 is the skinniest at 36' wide due to the hydro shed in the pad.) Each pad includes a grassy area and a picnic table, along with electric pedestal, water and sewer. High speed wifi through

Pads 27 and 28 are lower center park, below the gazebo and wash car. These pads are 50' deep and 45' wide. Each pad includes a grassy area and a picnic table, along with electric pedestal, water and sewer. High speed wifi throughout the park, you'll be able to deposit your rubbish in the dumpster behind the house. These pads are on the center road, and back up against the part of the park not yet constructed.

The wash car (the yellow container mid-park) contains two washrooms with hot showers along with the still-under-construction gazebo and laundry. The laundry facilities will be per wash/dry load, on your honour system to e-transfer us.

The gazebo is a 20' x 30' open air community gathering space, made from fir harvested from the property and brought back to help us create community. In the ceiling of the gazebo we had community folks from all around sign the ceiling planks, signature side down, so you'll see the legacy piece as we gather inside her for decades. Cool, right?
